The Lewis model divides the culture of a country or region into three: Linear Active, Multi-Active and Reactive. Below we can see how these three types of culture are divided around the world.

From the above diagram we can see that in our country, we enter the classification of multi-active culture, while Russia is between multi-active and linear-active, but closer to the first one. So, we can say that if a Russian came to Barranquilla, he would feel a little uncomfortable at first because of the small cultural difference that exists. However, he would quickly adapt to our culture because of the amount of similar features we have according to the Lewis model. I think the main problem a Russian could have is the language, more than a directly cultural problem.
